§ 1. The City of Gautier Planning Commission Board, city planning department and methods of appeals.

The City of Gautier Planning Commission and Planning Department shall hereby be designated the administrative body of these regulations.

The Planning Commission as created and appointed by the city council and the planning department as appointed by the city council, shall have the powers and duties as provided hereafter.
