§ 6. Powers.

Latest version.

The planning commission shall have the following powers to hear and recommend action relative to:
(a)

Hear and decide appeals.

(b)

Conditional use permits for each zoning district as defined as Conditions Uses in that district.

(c)

Special Exceptions for each zoning district when the use is not specified in Uses Permitted or Conditional Uses.

(d)

Home Occupations for each district.

(e)

Amendments to the Official Zoning Map.

(f)

Amendments to the Comprehensive District Zoning Ordinance.

(g)

Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan (Master plan for the purpose of physical development of the city).

(h)

Amendments to regulations governing subdivisions of land.
