§ 2. Membership.

The Gautier City Board of Adjustment shall be composed of any four (4) or more members of the city planning Commission. Such members shall be authorized to serve only upon the request of the city council. A minimum of four (4) members shall constitute a quorum of the board of adjustment. The director of the planning department shall appoint the chairman for each meeting of the board. The chairman shall be a voting member.
