§ 19-3. Obtaining permit.

No person may drive, own or operate any vehicle for hire within the municipal limits of Gautier, Mississippi, unless he shall first have made application, on form provided by city, for and been granted a license so to do under the procedures set out in Section 21-27-131 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated.

The application for a permit required by the provisions of this article shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount of fifteen dollars ($15.00), which shall not be refundable.
