§ 19-8. Revocation or suspension of permit.

The city council may revoke or suspend such permit and demand the return of such badge upon proof that the holder while driving, or while in charge of such motor vehicle:
(1)

Was intoxicated, or noticeable under the influence from intoxicating liquor;

(2)

Had disturbed the peace while so engaged;

(3)

Had reckless disregarded speed regulation prescribed by law;

(4)

Had been guilty of knowingly transporting intoxicating liquor;

(5)

Had carried concealed weapons in violations of law; or,

(6)

Had knowingly transported persons for the purpose of gambling or prostitution, or for the purpose of obtaining intoxicating liquor.
