§ 7-2. Unauthorized connections unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use any unauthorized device with, or make, or use any unauthorized connection to a cable television system, whether done physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively, or otherwise, for the purpose of enabling himself or others to receive or use television, radio, audio, or video signals from said system without paying the owner thereof.
