§ 7-4. Division equipment deemed evidence of intent.

The presence at any time on or about the cables, wires, or equipment a cable television system of any wire, device, or instrument for the unauthorized diversion, reception, or use of television, radio, audio, or video signals from said system shall constitute prima facie evidence of the intent of the person having custody or control of the house, apartment, room, or place where such signals are received, diverted, or used to divert, received, or use said signals without paying the owner of said system therefor.
