§ 8. Decisions by the city council.

(a)

The decision of the city council on appeal from the Gautier planning commission and the Gautier Board of Adjustments shall be entered by the city clerk on the minutes of the city council.

(b)

The city council shall notify the applicant of their decision in writing within ten (10) days.

(c)

The decision of the city council may be appealed by the applicant to the proper court and in the form and manner prescribed by law, Mississippi Code of 1942, as amended.
